Tuna Fish Sandwich

I think this is such a cute idea! All you need is a heart and circle cookie cutter, bread, and whatever else you like on your tuna sandwich. (I use miracle whip, salt, pepper, and cheese). Tuna is a very good protein source! Use the tuna packed in water for less fat. Also use wheat bread to get your whole grains in :) and if your lil' eater is anything like my nieces or nephews they make you cut the crust off anyways!
  1. Stack two slices of bread and cut out the shapes as shown below.
  2. Drain the liquid from the tuna. In a bowl, mix together the tuna and all the ingredients except the veggies with a fork.
  3. Put a third of the filling in each sandwich, then add the veggies eye and mouth (we used a pea, a carrot, and a red pepper.)
      How to cut it.
